Of course, any diet, especially a weight loss diet, may turn to be
useless without weight loss workouts. You may consider Pilates, Yoga,
or more active kinds of sport: swimming, joggling, fitness, even
strip-dancing and athletics, everything depends on what problem body
part you want to improve.
It is not worthy forgetting the beauty supplies, especially in
summer (to protect skin against UV rays) and in winter (to avoid
